It is with great reluctance that I am announcing the cessation of activities on this blogsite. With WordPress recently having implemented a new formatting system, I find that I am no longer able to post pictures in the same manor – a header, a group of pics, another header, another group of pics, etc., posted to “back” pages that I can edit at will - as I previously was, & I find the new system to be a considerable step backwards in terms of functionality. Frankly, I can do just as much, & maybe even a touch more, through Photobucket than I can with this new system – and even that is a giant step backwards from the old format IMO.

Therefore, I will (somewhat reluctantly) be using Photobucket as my ”photo album” of choice from here on out. If you did not find this site through one of the many motorsports forum boards that I haunt, you can join me at any of those sites, which you will find listed in the “blogroll” on the right: I run the Indy Racing League site on Sportnetwork, so that is the best place to check first. I will post a notice each time that I have photos to share. The next time should be during the MotoGP weekend at IMS, Sept. 12-14.

I would like to thank everyone for their patronage of and commentary about this site. I wish that things could be different, but it is what it is.

… I’ve effectively gutted this blogsite in order to maximize the available free bandwidth that WordPress will allow me for the purposes of posting more pictures. As most of you seem to be people who find this blogsite through links from the various forum boards that I haunt, I will assume that you won’t much miss the occasional text post that I used to do here. If you happen to stumble upon this site from some other avenue, I encourage you to visit any of the forum board sites listed in the blogroll at the right – especially the Indy Racing League site on Sportnetwork – I run it!

I’ll post a quick note there whenever I have new pictures posted here.
